This workshop will look at how action methods and psychodrama techniques can be used helpfully in individual psychotherapy.
Participants will have an opportunity to practice the use of psychodrama techniques in one to one settings as well as learn from others.
There will be some discussion on the advantages and limitations of one to one work.
